An infallible outcome of doing theatre is to bear its own sense of insecurity. The world of theatre suffers from indifference, repugnance, extreme ignorance, mean-mindedness, and hypocrisy of our society.Theatre practice in the districts of Bengal is probably more intimate and fervent than City of Kolkata. Thus, this year, Paikpara Indraranga focuses on the districts of Bengal excepting Kolkata in INDRARANG MAHOTSAV 2019 - a contest between 10 selected Theatres amid all entries from districts of Bengal. Substantial prize money for 10 awards and all other expenses for 10 picked up Theatres will be borne by the organizer which will be showcased in Mohit Moitra Mancha from 3rd to 7th November, 2019 followed by a gala award ceremony at Hotel Holiday Inn on 9th November, 2019 evening along with sumptuous dinner party. Festival President none other than Bratya Basu and Festival Convener Indrajit Chakraborty. This is the 3rd consecutive INDRARANG MAHOT-SAV.
